Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki such that necessary precautions were taken to safeguard the integrity and privacy of patients by de-identifying identifiable information during data acquisition. In Sweden, studies using a retrospective observational study design, and where practical barriers to obtaining informed consent might introduce selection biases, do not need to obtain informed consent. Ethical approval was granted by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (#2020–03010, Regional Ethics Review Board in Umeå).
