Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All procedures were approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee at the University of New South Wales (HC14197). Online consent was obtained from all participants via them pressing an ‘I agree’ button after being provided with written material about this study. Written consent was not possible as participants were only engaged digitally. The overall study design and this method of consent were approved by the UNSW Human Research Ethics Committee.
