: Ethics approval for this trial was granted by the Scientific Ethics Committee of the Clinical Hospital of the Universidad de Chile on June 6, 2018, and was recorded on approval act no. 36. Complementarily, this study was approved by the Health Sciences Research Ethics Committee – Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (PUC/UC), and the Ethics Committee of the South Metropolitan Health Service, which oversees the primary care clinics of one of the participating municipalities. Furthermore, we expect to receive approval from the Ethics Committee of the North Metropolitan Health Service in order to gain access to the health centers of the second municipality involved in the trial. Finally, the Scientific Ethics Committee of the Clinical Hospital of the Universidad de Chile on August 26, 2020, through approval act no. 56., approved protocol amendments regarding obtention of verbal informed consent.
