: The trial was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Iran University of Medical Sciences (IR.IUMS.REC.1400.595) and all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. Patients were informed that their participation was a voluntary activity and that they had the right to leave the study at any time with no negative effect on their treatment.
