: Before recruitment started, the study received ethics approval from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Diary number: 2021–01029). Provision of informed consent was required to submit a notice of interest of participation, thus, written informed consent was obtained from all participants. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
