: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations of Kerman University of Medical Sciences. The Kerman University of Medical Sciences Ethics committee approved this project IR.KMU.REC.1400.543 and IRCT20211220053460N1 (Registration date: 22-12-2021). After approval, permission was issued to the management of the thalassemia centers in Kerman.
