: Our study is based on a longitudinal secondary data set, UDAYA (understanding the lives of adolescents and young adults) with no identifiable information on the survey participants. The ethical approval was collected from the Institutional Review Board of the Population Council, New Delhi, India. Informed consent was collected from the respondents or their guardians during the survey. The authors confirm that all the methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations of the Human Subjects Protection.
