: Ethical approval for the GLAD Study was obtained from the London—Fulham Research Ethics Committee on 21st August 2018 (REC reference: 18/LO/1218) following a full review by the committee. Davies et al. (2019) provides a full description of the recruitment and data collection procedures for the GLAD Study. Ethical approval for COPING was granted by the South West—Central Bristol Research Ethics Committee (REC reference: 20/SW/0078). The study was conducted in compliance with GDPR and HRA/HSC guidelines and regulations. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects whose data was included in these analyses.
