: The protocol of this survey was approved by the Ministry of Health and Population (MOHP) and the Medical Research Ethics Committee of the National Research Centre with an ethical registration approval number: 17034. A written informed consent was taken from the parents or guardians of all children enrolled in the study (mothers/or fathers/ or any caregivers). A right thumb print was used as a signature for participants who were unable to write and this procedure to take informed consent was approved by above mention ethics committee. For any caregivers under the age of 18, parental or legal guardian informed consent was obtained. The study was fully voluntary. Participants were well informed about their rights to withdraw at any time. Data was collected in a confidential manner, and it was de-identified, de-linked, and stored in a safe location. All methods were carried out in accordance with declaration of Helsinki.
