: This study was undertaken conforming to the provisions of the Declaration of Helsinki, which means that basic ethical principles for research ethics such as informed consent, the right to privacy, and respect for personal integrity and dignity were followed. All participants gave informed consent after having received written and oral information about the project. Participant and patient anonymity are preserved in the text. The protocol for the research project has been approved by the Norwegian Social Science Data Service [], where aspects of privacy protection were assessed (approved 14 November 2019; NMB: 141235). Since the study does not include patients as participants, we were not, according to Norwegian regulations, obliged to seek approval from the Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics.
