: The study was approved by the local data protection officer (ID 137850). The Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK) concluded that the project was not covered by the Health Research Act, and waived the request for ethical approval of the study. Participants received written and oral information before the interview. Informed consent was obtained from all participants.
