: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Both students and parents received oral and written information about the study and parents were given the opportunity to withdraw their children from participation at any time. All students provided informed consent before study participation. All data were collected anonymously and then analyzed by independent researchers who did not participate in the collection of the data. The study was approved by The Faculty Ethical Committee at The University of Agder, and the Norwegian Centre for Research Data (NSD) approved the study protocol used in high school settings.
