: Data for sample 1 in this study were extracted from three Norwegian studies. The follow-up study at Nordfjord CMHC was assessed by the Regional Committee on Medical Research Ethics in Health Region III as being a follow-up and quality assurance study of the patients of the CMHC and did not require approval (reg. no. 87/99–16.99) (17). The study on Assertive Community Treatment and the study on committed collaborative treatment were both approved by the Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics, Health Region South-East (reg.no.2010/1196a and reg.no.2010/3416a). Data for sample 3 was from the study Implementation of National Guidelines for Treatment of Psychosis which was approved by the Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics, Health Region South-East (reg.no.2015/2169). All patients gave written informed consent to participate in the studies on forms approved by the regional committees on medical research ethics.
