: The authors first submitted for approval at the Regional Committee for Medical Research Ethics (South-East Norway) [Regionale Komiteer for Medisinsk og Helsefaglig Forskningsetikk, Sør-øst]. The Committee exempted the study from ethical approval as the data to be collected were not medical or health related (Reference number: 158444). The Norwegian Center for Research Data (NSD) [Norsk Senter for Forskningsdata - now SIKT] approved processing of personal data for the study as compliant with data protection regulations (Reference number: 119451). We conducted the study conducted in accordance with the Declarations of Helsinki.All participants provided written, and audio recorded informed consent prior to their participation in the focus group interviews.
