: Ethical approval was obtained in November 2021 from East Midlands – Nottingham 2 Research Ethics Committee (IRAS project ID: 300833; Research Ethics Committee reference: 21/EM/0247). Information was provided to all staff and patients on the ward. Ward managers consented to involvement in the overall study. The two Trust sites agreed to and supported the implementation of the monitoring tool within their Trusts. Informed consent was implied from each patient by their inputting data via the Web App on each occasion they choose to do so.
