International ethical norms and standards as stipulated in the Helsinki guideline were strictly adhered to; written informed consent was obtained from all the participants. Participants were free to withdraw from the study at any time, even after having consented initially, and this did not in any way affect the patient’s medical care or their academic endeavors. They were also informed that if in the process of the research, any previously undiagnosed clinical condition was found, the managing team would be appropriately informed.
