The study protocol and informed consent form were approved by the Institutional Review Board (Comité de Protection des Personnes Sud-Ouest et Outre-mer 4– France) under the approval number 2018-A00146-49 for seven centers: ARHM and Vinatier in Lyon; APHM, Edouard Toulouse, and Valvert in Marseille; and GHU and Argenteuil in Paris. The trial was registered on August 14, 2018, with the international standard randomized control trial number NCT03630822. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects involved in the study.
