: Ethical approval was waived by the local Ethics Committee of the College of Natural Sciences, Jimma University, Ethiopia. In the view of the retrospective nature of the data and all the procedures being performed were parts of the routine care.This study utilized secondary data from existing patient records. As such, direct informed consent from individual patients was not obtained. However, all patient data was handled in accordance with relevant ethical guidelines and privacy regulations. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Jimma University Review Board or Ethics Committee. The authors have taken all necessary steps to ensure patient confidentiality and anonymity through the research process.All the methods were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
