: The use of data for the present study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr 2023-03999-01). Active and written informed consent was obtained from students in grade 9 through a specific consent form on the first page of the questionnaire. In grade 6, parents and students were given written information about the study. Parents of grade 6 students had the option to actively decline their child’s participation. Grade 6 students were informed that participation was voluntary, but no written informed consent was obtained. The study was not a clinical trial and did not imply any collection of new data from participants.
