: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies at the University, and permission was granted from the Institutional Review Board and each hospital. Each questionnaire included a cover letter explaining the details of the study and the right to voluntary participation; thus, the participant may decline to participate in the study without any consequences on a personal or professional level. No names or identifiable information about the participants were obtained to ensure anonymity and confidentiality. All electronic data were saved only on the researchers’ laptops that were secured by strong passwords. The paper form of the surveys was coded and kept locked up, accessible only to the researchers. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations—Declaration of Helsinki.
