: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Institutional Review Board of the School of Pharmacy, College of Medicine and Health Science, University of Gondar, with the approval number of SOP/257/2022. Oral informed consent was obtained from each participant before the interview.
