: The study was performed in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Biomedical Ethics Committee of Southern Medical University (Ethics number: 2024 []) and the Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Brain Hospital, Guangzhou Medical University (Ethics number: 2024[090]). Informed consent was obtained from all participants and their guardians, ensuring voluntariness, privacy, and anonymity. Moreover, all participants who completed the interview received gifts from the researchers, including a set of watercolor pens and a notebook. For those participants who were willing to try, we provided an opportunity to experience exergames, accompanied by guided instructions.
