: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Medical Ethics Assessment Committee (METC) of the Maastricht University Medical Centre, with the decision document 2018 − 0373, as it was considered to not be subject to the Wet Medisch-Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek (Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act) given the lack of participant burden and not utilizing patient material. The study protocol was designed to comply with the Code Goed Gedrag (Code of good behavior regarding patient data). All the participants signed consent forms to participate.
