Organizational ethics approval was obtained from ICCT sites: Central Toronto, Toronto East, and Scarborough. Informed consent was obtained from all participants in this study.

: Beginning in 2017 (until the time of publication), Dr. Henderson has served as the Executive Director of Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario, funded by the Government of Ontario, as part of their employment at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
