: This study was conducted under an umbrella protocol titled “Delivery of mental health care at Partners In Health (PIH)-supported districts in Rwanda: clinical and programmatic outcomes”, which was approved by the Rwanda National Ethics Committee (RNEC), chaired by Dr. Jean Baptiste Mazarati (No.196/RNEC/202). We also received approval from the PIH/IMB research committee. We carried out all methods by relevant guidelines and regulations for research involving human subjects. We only included in our study patients who were aged 18 years or older. Eligible patients were given a detailed explanation about the purpose of the study and asked to sign a written informed consent for their voluntary participation.
