The present study’s protocol was registered under number 235-2022-PRE15 and obtained approval from the Institutional Review Board of the Universidad Científica del Sur (N° 230-CIEI-CIENTÍFICA-2022). Prior to data collection, informed consent was obtained from all participating students. To ensure anonymity, each respondent was assigned a unique identification code. Participants were informed about the availability of free psychology services at the Universidad Científica del Sur at the conclusion of the questionnaire.
