: The study has ethical clearance (Ref No. IEC/AIIMS/Kalyani/Meeting/2023/013) from AIIMS Kalyani Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC). The norms of National Ethical Guideline for Biomedical and Health Research Involving Human Participants (2017) by the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) for data collection and for collection of biological samples and storage will be adhered to. The clinical Trials Registry- India (CTRI) registration has been done on 1st September 2025 and the registration number is CTRI/2025/09/094053. Written informed consent from all the study participants prior to their enrolment in the study would be obtained. Confidentiality of the patients will be maintained as the application is not using open source. It will use the server presented in AIIMS Kalyani and will be accessed by the competent authority only. If any adverse situation arises, the IEC members will take the necessary decisions.
: This study does not involve any drug trial on participants and neither involves any animals. The Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) of AIIMS Kalyani has passed ethical clearance for this study. Any serious adverse events occurring in the course of the study will be adequately dealt with. As this is a prospective study, the informed consent will be obtained during recruitment of the participants.
