: This study was conducted in compliance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. It began after securing written approval from the ethics committee of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences (approval code: IR.MUI.NUREMA.REC.1401.067) and obtaining official permission from the hospital. Parents were provided with a comprehensive explanation of the study procedures, and written informed consent was obtained from those who agreed to participate.
