: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committees, adhering to the principles outlined in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments. Approval was granted by the Sakarya University Faculty of Medicine, Health Sciences Scientific Research Ethics Committee on November 19, 2024, with reference number E-71522473-050.01.04-224503-60. Informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in the study. The preliminary screening data used to define the study cohort were derived from a routine screening activity conducted independently of the present study by the hospital’s quality unit. The aggregated results of this screening activity were subsequently presented in a scientific poster, for which ethical approval was obtained from the relevant ethics committee (approval number: [E-71522473-050.01.04-102128-24], date: [02.02.2022]).
