: All procedures in our study were approved by the Kenyatta University Ethics Review Committee (KUERC; reference number: PKU/2627/E1752). The National Commission for Science, Technology, and Innovation (NACOSTI; license number: NACOSTI/P/23/23559) granted a research permit, and a research authorization letter was obtained from the Ministry of Education (MOE). Schools were approached through their administrators, who were briefed about the study and signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to complete their enrollment. Parental consent for minors was secured via the school administration per KUERC guidelines. All students who were willing to participate provided informed consent (or assent if underage) before engaging in study activities.
