: Ethical approval was obtained from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences research ethics committee at under code IR.SUMS.NUMIMG.REC.1402.092. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations in the declaration of Helsinki. As this study did not involve human data and we only used data of mental and psychiatric utilization recorded Statistics Office (with no details of patients), the Ethics Committee waived off the need for the informed consent.
