: This pilot study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinkiand approved by the Ethics Committee of Hebei Hospital of Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University [Approval Number: LYS(2024) 164] in October 2024, and written informed consent was obtained from the legal guardians of all patients prior to enrollment. Patients recruitment for this pilot study took place from December 2024 to January 2025. This pilot study serves as a preliminary feasibility investigation for a larger randomized controlled trial (RCT). The protocol for the main RCT has been registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR) (ChiCTR2600118169) in February 2026.
