: This retrospective study used routinely collected electronic health record data. This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and ethical approval was obtained from the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Health and Prevention Research Ethics Committee (MOHAP/DXB-REC/No. 91/2024). The requirement for informed consent was waived by the ethics committee because the study involved secondary analysis of existing clinical data and posed minimal risk to participants. All data were de-identified prior to analysis.
