: This study received ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board of the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University (approval code: 2025-021-02; approval date: 23 April 2025) and is formally registered with Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (Registration ID: ChiCTR2500101872). The investigator XX will provide eligible participants with a full verbal and written explanation of the study objectives, study procedures, and participants’ rights. Written informed consent forms will be obtained from all participants or their legal representatives before enrollment.
