Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted as a systematic review and meta-analysis in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. The review was based exclusively on data obtained from previously published studies and did not involve the recruitment of new human participants or the collection of individual-level identifiable data. No ethical approval or Institutional Review Board (IRB) review was required for this study because it was conducted as a systematic review and meta-analysis using data exclusively from previously published studies. The study did not involve the recruitment of human participants, direct interaction with individuals, or the collection or analysis of identifiable personal data. All primary studies included in this review reported approval from their respective Ethics Committees or Institutional Review Boards and confirmed that informed consent was obtained from all participants in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
