Written informed consent was obtained from all parents or legal guardians, and assent was obtained from adolescent participants aged 16–18 years.

Consent for publication: Not applicable. The manuscript does not contain any individual person’s data in any form (including individual details, images, or videos) that would require consent for publication. Results will be reported anonymously and aggregated at the group level.

Use of artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs): We utilized the large language models ‘Google Gemini Pro, ‘ChatGPT-4’, and ‘Perplexity’ exclusively as language and editorial tools. This assistance was limited to grammar checks, rephrasing for clarity, and general language editing to improve readability. The LLMs were not used to generate any scientific content, design the methodology, draw conclusions, or analyze data. All human authors have thoroughly read and approved the final manuscript and take full responsibility for the intellectual content and integrity of this protocol.
