Ethics approval and consent to participate: According to Danish legislation, qualitative interview studies that do not involve biological material do not require approval from a research ethics committee. However, to protect participants’ rights and data, the study was approved by University of Southern Denmark; Research and Innovation Organization (SDU RIO; notification number: 12.595), prior to recruitment. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all transcriptions and published data were pseudonymized, and audio recordings and transcripts were stored on a secure server (S5). All data were deleted after completion of the study. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before participation.
Consent for publication: Participants provided written consent for publication of anonymized data.
