The study protocol has been approved by the local ethics review committee at the Tehran University of Medical Sciences. (IR.TUMS.MEDICINE.REC.1402.548). All participants or their legal caregivers granted written informed consent for the publication of their data. Participants with the capacity to provide informed consent gave written informed consent. For participants who lacked decision-making capacity, written informed consent was obtained from their legally authorized caregivers (mostly their parents). Decision-making capacity was assessed clinically by the treating attending psychiatrist in accordance with institutional practice.
