Ethics approval and consent to participate: This qualitative study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (IR.TUMS.MEDICINE.REC.1401.249). The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant national and institutional guidelines for research involving human participants. All participants voluntarily participated in the study and received no financial compensation. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. The confidentiality and anonymity of participants’ information were ensured throughout the study.Also, Diagnostic information was reported in aggregate form to protect participants’ confidentiality.
