Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The University of Zambia Biomedical Research Ethics committee (UNZAREC) provided approval for the project. The Permanent Secretary from the MoH gave the authority to conduct the interventions. Written informed consent was obtained from all HCWs who participated. All project staff who were not facility staff signed confidentiality statements before they were given access to the data.
