Ethics approval and consent to participate

: No ethical approval was needed for this study because it was based on secondary analysis of the data obtained from the 2014 BDHS (Bangladesh Demographic and Health Survey). The data were completely anonymous and this study uses data with no identifiable information on the survey participants. However, request to access datasets from measure DHS website is made and the websites has allowed the same before analyses is made.
