Please see van Rossum et al. 2011, Dutch National Food Consumption Survey 2007–2010, Diet of children and adults aged 7 to 69 years. Participants have given written consent to participate in the Dutch National Food Consumption Survey 2007–2010; approval by an ethics committee was not applicable. Data from the Dutch National Food Consumption Survey 2007–2010 were provided upon request to the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment. The Life Cycle Assessments used in this study were performed by Blonk Consultants upon request by the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment. The National Institute for Public Health and the Environment has obtained permission from Blonk Consultants to use the data from these Life Cycle Assessments for research purposes.
