: XS is the head of the immunizations division at the Shanghai CDC. ZH and JR are staff members at the Shanghai CDC. ALW is a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Michigan. BJZ is an Associate Professor of Health Behavior & Health Education at the University of Michigan.
