: Ethical clearance for the IBBA study protocol was obtained from the Government of India’s Health Ministry Screening Committee, ICMR institutes for all sites, the Protection of Human Subjects Committee of FHI 360 (Andra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu) and by the Institutional Ethical Review Board of St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore, India, and the Research Ethics Board of the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada (Karnataka). Consent for participation in this study was not applicable, as this study is a retrospective analysis of data.
