: Cynthia (Cindy) Jardine is a Professor and Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Health and Community at the University of the Fraser Valley in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.Laurie-Ann Lines is a member of the Yellowknives Dene First Nation in the Northwest Territories, Canada and a PhD student in the School of Public Health at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Participants provided written or oral consent to participate, which was approved by the University of Alberta Research Ethics Office.
