: The paper used data from the following study, “Leaving no one behind: Identifying approaches to improving HIV treatment outcomes among older Ugandans.” Ethical clearance was received from the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (Ref HS 2060). Janet Seeley also received approval from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine Ethics Committee (LSHTM Ethics Ref:11694) and from the Uganda Virus Research Institute.
