Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Ethics approval was obtained from the Ethics Commission of the Medical Faculty/Technische Universität Dresden, approval number EK15012014 (also in force at the LMU München), Semmelweis University Regional and Institutional Committee of Science and Research Ethics, approval number 48/2014, and Regional and Institutional Research-Ethics Commitee of the University of Pécs Medical School Clinical Centre, approval number 5251. The information regarding the voluntary and anonymous participation was given both verbally and written on the cover sheet of the survey prior to the data collection. The consent to participate was declared by the students by filling out the questionnaire.
