Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical permissions have been granted at all steps in the WAG project. The current study was approved by the Regional Ethics Review Board in Gothenburg in 2016-10-18 (Dnr: T930–16). Oral informed consent (in 1989–1991, 1994–1998 and 2000–2002) and written informed consent in 2013–2015 was obtained from the interviewees, and all were informed of available help-lines and support services.
