: Regulatory approvals for the study were obtained from the National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO) and the Karnataka State AIDS Prevention Society (KSAPS). Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Ethics Committee of St John’s Medical College and Research Institute, Bengaluru, India.
