: School authorities approved and allowed to carry out the survey. This protocol was not submitted to a medical ethics committee in view of topics and methods used for data collection (Belgian law of May 7, 2004 and Advisory Committee on Bioethics of Belgium, opinion n°40, 12/2/2007).Students were clearly informed about the survey content and about their full right to not fill in the questionnaire or some questions within the questionnaire. No parents’ consent was requested. All procedures implemented during the data collection enabled confidentiality and anonymity.
